Femi Adegbite is a seasoned real estate investor with a strong understanding of the Metro Area’s market dynamics. With over 15 years of experience in infrastructure development and project management, Femi brings an engineer's systems thinking to real estate investing. He holds a degree in Engineering and an MBA, and he applies both to every stage of the investment lifecycle – from sourcing and underwriting to asset management and investor relations.
